Hello! I'm an ancient historian, sort of.
I have a PhD in Classics, from King's College London, and I have held academic position in ancient history before. I work on Ancient Greek religious practices, and particularly how people interact with gods and their own beliefs. I'm a Research Associate at the Institute of Classical Studies in London. So I guess that makes me an ancient historian.
I'm also a student at SOAS, doing an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development. I had a pretty horrible time in my last academic job, and needed to break out for a bit, and I wanted to expand my skills and give myself some more options. Something I'm interested in is the intersection between development and heritage in conflict and post-conflict zones.
I tweet. I Instagram. I make YouTube videos. You can find and support me on Ko-Fi.
